For the few years I have been privileged to spend on this earth, I have virtually tried non-stop to live a triumphant life, now while this is far from difficult, I noticed that there are factors that blind people and have caused them to come to good terms with failure. Even as everyone would like to be successful, not all would like to work towards it, owing to various factors that have been imbibed over the years. This article is targeted to all who have made up their minds to be successful (YOU). To be successful you must struggle to overcome these factors.

Focus. This is the single most important strategy for success in both high school and college (and at work). Focus on what you want, on what you are doing, on where you are at the moment. If you are in college, focus on each and every class and assignment. If you are in Chem I, focus on that class, that assignment, that grade. Don’t let your attention be diluted with outside interests until your schoolwork is completed. You won’t do well in International Politics if you are fighting with your significant other or worrying about what to wear to the football game this weekend!

    Prioritize....

“If education is expensive, try ignorance,” is a quote that is supposed to discourage people from grumbling at the amount a few schools charge to formally educate children. But how much is too much? We can agree that the educational standard in Nigeria is pretty poor, and due to this, various private schools are springing up, promising international-standard education. The only caveat is that it will cost you, and cost you millions.
Here are the 10 Most Expensive Secondary Schools In Nigeria

In an effort to stamp out quackery and untoward practices in medical practice in the country, the federal government on Monday barred all graduates of medicine from participating in the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) until they have been qualified as medical doctors and have secured practice licence from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

The move came amid several complaints about the level of quackery displayed by some of the Youth Corps members posted mostly to rural areas to provide medical services.

With school back in session, backpacks are quickly filling up with books—heavy books. So how do you avoid straining your back when everything you’re carrying feels like a necessity? Your education may feel like a burden, but that’s a lot of weight to (literally) have on your shoulders.

You’re Going to Carry That Weight, So Distribute It Evenly
First things first: when you’re packing your bag, you should strive for a fairly even horizontal weight distribution so that it doesn’t strain one side of your body more than the other. Heavier items should be on the bottom of the pack; that...

We all have goals, but it’s important to ask “why.” Why do you want to lose that 10 pounds? To eat healthier? Or to get that promotion? You might fumble for canned answers, but they’re probably not your real “why.” Dig deep and discover the real source behind your motivation, your true “why.” Here’s how.

Perhaps initially your “why” for some of those questions above was “to look good,” “to attract your desired partner” or “to buy a new car.” A more concrete “why” is a lot less obvious and creates a powerful reason to pursue that which will give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment....
