    A student of the University of Ibadan, identified as Peluwura Bolaji, slumped and passed on Friday, August 14; in the course of writing the first semester examinations.

    Bolaji was a 1oo level student of Political Science.

    The sad incident took place at about 1:30PM on Friday, just after the student had written a paper at the Adebayo Akande venue in Lagos.

    The deceased, student of the Distance Learning Centre, DLC of the University of Ibadan in Lagos died between 1:30 and 2.00pm shortly after writing POS 111 examination at the UI Adebayo Akande DLC at Oba Akran, Ikeja, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

    The Rivers State Police Command has arrested and charged three students of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) for alleged armed robbery.
    The students were identified as, Nwachinemere Benjamin, 24; Osaki Bob, 22 and Reginald Sekibo, 21.
